Products

We sell digital video voice training programs and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Digital products are delivered via Google Drive or email upon successful payment. Coaching sessions are scheduled separately after purchase.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital video products. If you are not satisfied after consistent practice, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. 1-on-1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled but may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

Intellectual Property

All videos, materials, and content are the property of Samuel Picou and may not be redistributed, shared publicly, or resold. Your purchase grants a single-household license for personal use only.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. While most participants see meaningful improvement, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Voice training requires consistent practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
